Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and future partners while engaging in campaigns to drive adoption of LinkFor.
LinkFor is a Freemium solution and your role is to grow the user base as fast as possible through strategic partnerships with Accounting Advisory firms. You will be responsible for daily lead generation, lead qualification, partner interactions, supporting various marketing campaigns and other activities. You will generate new partnerships through consultative conversations and your own research.
You will work remotely but be supported by the greater LinkFor team.

What will I be doing?
Research the Accounting Advisor sector in Singapore
Build relationships with Partners
Ensure 100% satisfaction with our customers
Work with customers to build out their current network - this is a viral solution
Demonstrate an ability to engage with and attract new customers
Provide basic support to new users
Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
Spearhead the growth & adoption of LinkFor, and evangelize our solution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success to create the best customer experience

What skills do I need?
Being outgoing and not afraid to speak on the phone
Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
Having Bookkeeper experience or knowledge is highly favoured
Be organized and happily work autonomously (as you will be the only one in Singapore)

Customer Support Internship
Part-Time, Singapore
Do you want a meaningful role with a company that is making a real difference to small & medium businesses? LinkFor are currently looking for a Customer Support Intern. This role is a part-time (25 – 30 hours/week) internship. Your goal is to customers of our rapidly expanding Fintech company, while at the same time learning further skills related to customer support.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills – both verbally and written. You need to be a problem solver who will help support our customer base, both directly and indirectly.
What you’ll do:
Help customers solve technical issues.
Answer questions for customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our software.
Develop customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis.
Communicate customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
Work is done via email and phone.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting ability.
- A natural inclination to be a good listener, and really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
- Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
- Excellent telephone manner. Some support will be provided over the phone.
- Accounting/cloud accounting software knowledge or experience is a bonus.
