Upload PDF Invoices to Link4 With the New PDF Feature

Posted by Link4 Team on 25/10/2017

Link4 was created to deliver an invoice from a supplier to a buyer, instantly. While there are currently 750,000 Australian businesses using Cloud Accounting systems, some invoices are still being sent via mail and email.

Link4 has addressed this gap by releasing a new PDF feature as a part of their e-invoicing solution for businesses.

Don’t quite understand what e-invoicing is? Here’s a brief rundown.

PDF invoices can now be uploaded or emailed to Link4! From here we process the invoices before they are sent directly into your current Cloud Accounting system. Link4 is currently connected to all the main Cloud Accounting systems being used by Australian businesses including:

MYOB – Xero – Reckon – Saasu – SageOne – QuickBooks Online

This new feature is the result of a collaboration between Squirrel Street’s technology and Link4’s software. Sam Hassan, CTO of Link4, said, “Both teams have been working together in order to offer users a smooth user experience and increase their productivity.”

Electronic, traditional and PDF invoices can now be delivered to a business’s current Cloud Accounting system. All bases are now covered when it comes to invoicing with Link4! This makes it easier for businesses and their clients to enjoy the simplified delivery that Link4 offers.

If you have any questions or would like to know more about the PDF feature and how it works, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
